I moved to Chiefland 6 years ago and was very glad to see a Hardees here. I think Hardees has the best fast food around. We eat out almost every day and its usually Hardees. Even though it's all the way across town. I spent 25 years in the restaurant business, so I know good food and good service. However in the past year or two it's really gone down hill. I like to use the drive thru but it seems now every time I get our order there is something missing or order is completely wrong. And I don't want to drive all the way across town again. So I just about stopped going to Hardee's at all. But we really like the chicken strips, so I went in 7-1-11 around 2pm. When I got home I found the chicken was so over cooked, I could not even eat it. I stopped using the drive thru because if you complained, you just got a lot of nasty attitude. I filled out several complaint cards but never heard a word. I think this place needs a real good shake up. Then maybe it would get back to the Hardee's we love.
