What follows is a letter I sent the DD headquarters after a horrible night. I never received a reply.
After a hard day at work, I drove to my local and trusted Dunkin' Donuts for a nice cup of Joe. To my dismay though, what I received was horrible service and an environment that reminded me of a high school cafeteria. What I mean by this is simple to explain. Firstly, I walked into the store and the first thing I noticed was the music. Usually, there is pleasant music playing. This time it was hardcore rap. Uncensored hardcore rap. It was also very loud. I know that it was late at night, but that's no excuse to play that music. Over that music, I heard two men in the back room scream profanities and lewd words at each other. A few of these words would be: "nigger", "cracker", "pussy", 'fag', and 'pussy'. Luckily, my wife and child was in the car. After standing at the counter for what seemed like forever, on of your fine employees came out of the back room.instead of being greeted in a welcoming way, I was greeted with more profanities. The worker exclaimed a loud "Oh, Shit!" as he looked me straight in the eyes. I Ordered my coffee and left. I did not tip like I usually do. I didn't complain because my kid was sick and I needed to get home. If all that wasn't bad enough, then you're not gonna believe this. The coffee was cold and rancid. I have never been so greatly offended in my lifetime as I was today. From now on, I'm taking my business to McDonald's. I am also going to tell all of my family and friends to never order from your once well operated store. Thank you for your time.
