I purchase a Keurig B150 from Office Depot. I purchased it mainly for its ability to be plumbed to a water line. Since I have owned Keurig brewers for over 5 years now and have had numerous problems with them, I wanted a higher-end model so it would last longer.
After 6 months, it stopped brewing. I called Keruig customer service and they referred me to Commercial sales since the B150 is considered a commercial brewer even though it is UL listed for household use. Then Commercial sales referred me to Office Depot for warranty replacement. Then one office at Office Depot referred me to another office who then referred me back to Keurig. After a week of phone calls, I am back where I started; a broken coffemaker that I am stuck with. I paid $250 for only 6 months use.
