I purchase a Microwave from Best Buy in Encinitas. I paid for it with my Best Buy card (Capital One). It started smoking a couple of months later so I returned it. Best Buy refused to give me my money back, even though the credit card was paid in full months prior. The store clerk went round and round with Capital One and they said it would take 30 days. That was 10 days ago, and the credit was just removed yesterday and NOW it will take 30 days to receive the check. I called the corporate office in Minnesta and he was more uncooperative then Capital One.in the meantime, I yelled at the Capital One operator so she closed my credit card. Unbelievable, I will NEVER shop at Best Buy ever!!! Go to Fry's they are sooo much more helpful.
