Ripoff Capital One: Don't have it in your wallet Richmond VA

Back in 1995, I had a secured credit card with Capital One: $600.
I also had a $1,500 loan with Capital One. The loan is showing up "paid-as-agreed", however the secured credit card is showing up as bad debt. I have disputed this account and contacted Capital One on serveral occasions - Capital One is not responding to me. Yes, I have disputed with the other credit reporting agencies... Nothing is helping!

Any advice?
