I bought our indesit washing machine through devices online. It's 4 weeks old and the exercise (extended plastic point inside device) has fallen off and another is free. I've been told by customer service this may not be under warranty as something for example secrets or coins have relaxed the paddle and its own droped down following a large scrub. They would like to demand £100 for callout and repair on the device 4 months old. Also tried to market me protect. Actually large companies be seemingly scamin people.
