I bought a 42" Pointed Television, Beast container and 5 year guarantee and was informed they offer exemplary in house support. Named shop from 8/12 - 8/15 with guarantees of call-backs to setup support phone however that never occurred. VISITED SHOP on 8/15 and was informed I'd get a call-in AM of 8/16. I obtained a phone considering the extra item I had been spoken into purchasing (home entertainment speakers) could be shipped, connected along side other contacts to become examined. Once the shipping person turned up he explained he just was informed to provide the merchandise and does not actually understand how to link these speakers or examine the additional contacts. THIS TYPE OF PERSON IDIOTS! I'll be calling many events (State Attorney General, BBB and nearby Television Channels!!!
