I ordered a Nokia and after waited for 2 weeks, I got a LG. So I emailed it to them about the problem but it never got reply.
I tried to use Live Support to tell them about the problems but they said that I have to ship the phone back to them and when they received it, they will send me a new phone.
It's their fault but I have to pay $5 shipping and wait for about 3 weeks? (1 week to them and 2 weeks until the phone arrives)
