I Purchased A Nokia E63 Smartphone From Dell.com On 5/14/09 Dell Had Advertised Get A $50.00 Rebate From Nokia When You Purchase The Nokia E63 Phone So I Ordered And Received The Phone And Sent All The Paperwork Into The Nokia Rebate Center In El Paso, TX
It Said Allow 8 To 10 Weeks To Receive The Rebate And They Have Done Nothing But Give Me The Run Around I Called Nokia Corporate Headquarters In NY On 8/17/09 They Said They Were Not Responsible For Rebates For Merchandise Purchased From Dell Its Been 12 Weeks Today Since Nokia Received My Rebate Papers I Sent The Papers With Delivery Confirmation On Them Nokia Rebate Center Received Them On 5/25 And Today Is 8/17 I Called The Rebate Center Again Today And They Tell Me It Will Be The Last Of This Month Before The Rebates Are Mailed Out This Company Is Doing Nothing But The Run Around I Have Filed A Complaint With The NY Attorney Generals Office Today
