On 7/23 I ordered a MyTouch (T-Mobile) Glass cover to replace my broken one from RepairUniverse.com. (Attached picture of the receipt from my credit card). I got the part in the mail but it was not the correct one so I went ahead and returned the part with a letter attached that instructed them to refund the $35.00 they charged me (the part just wasn't for the right model, sorry). I never got a receipt. I never got a tracking order. I have no way to find these items but when they asked me if I sent those items with the returned merchandise I said no. I gave my card number, name, address, and item, again to the representative and they REFUSE to refund my money. At this point I am considering filing a report with my credit card company. It's only $35 but that's a tank of gas for me and I RETURNED THE ITEM.
