Refusal to honor guarantee within guarantee limits. Fraudulent claim by company. Ripoff

I returned a 3 month old Fuzi Digital camera for replacement as it did not work and was still under one year warranty.

The screen indicated "zoom error" and the lens would not extend, though everything else worked, and the motor was working audibly.

This company returned the camera stating that it must have been immersed in water and was not repairable, refusing either replacement or repair.

This water claim did not exist. I am a senior citizen and extremely careful with my equipment.

The camera had been kept in a special Samsonite case and was never out of my house.

I would like a replacement though this company refuses and makes a fraudulent claim against me.

I contacted the FTC and they advised me to contact your website.
