Unauthorized "Replacement" Charge

I bought an extremely cheap set of headphones on the settlement sales. The worker inquired basically desired to buy the alternative arrange for them, and that I really obviously and noticeably stated "No way!" However after I got home I came across a 0.99 cost for "TECHNOLOGY ALTERNATIVE" on my d/c bill.

There might be without doubt the worker recognized me. He should haven attempting to fulfill some fee or allowance. I'll never set base for the reason that shop again.
