On Monday July 9th 8:13 pm, my partner visited Radio Shack in Large Rapids, to buy a wire for the computer, after requesting the worker Christina, if this wire was suitable for the computer, she assured he that it had been what he need. He invest or $40.00 for this product, simply to have it house, also it wasn't what we required. I attempted to come back it nowadays, and achieved a Worker Christina, and informed her I'd prefer to return them, that was unopened... She stated I really could not return it, since she charged me of it being exposed. Then she got it towards the back room, and after returning back again to the front table the item, was subsequently not searching just like I introduced it back to the shop, they'd opened it within the back room, after which the worker Christina delivered back again to the leading, and again charged me of starting the item, and stated it might not subsequently be delivered if exposed. I again mentioned it'd not been available, which she was blindly contacting me a liar. The mgr. Then got out and declare exactly the same that it'd been exposed, which was following the reality the worker towards the product towards the back-room, and introduced it back out, differently when I introduced it directly into return it. I am mad this organization Radio Shack in Large Rapids Michigan, not just charged me to do something which used to donot do, and wouldn't return my income. I'll NEVER but out of this shop again. That is steeling in the customer. I owe retail companies, and also the client is definitely correct. It's obvious the only way Radio Shack continues to be running a business, is basically because it pisses off its purchasing clients, and takes their cash. Both MGR, and Worker have to be dismissed from Large Rapids Radio Shack.
