I bought a pair of earbud headphones on 1/1. About four weeks later, they broke and I was given a replacement pair without the box. Then, a mere 2 weeks later the replacement pair broke. I went in and demanded a refund, and the arrogant manager basically accused me of being a liar. He refused to issue a refund or a replacement and scolded me for not buying the extended warranty. Extender warranty??? Are they really saying the expected lifetime of their products is 2-4 weeks??? I wrote a letter to their corporate office and was given the blow off. Do not shop at Radio Shack.
