Being a new home owner and having spent about 5 grand in the past 4 months, bad customer service and all, the store is close to home. I go in this past week to make yet another purchase and they inform me that my DD214 is no longer accepted as proof of military service. Now they want me to go apply for a veterans ID card, which by the way is verified through the DD214. The only TRUE proof of service. Look out LOWES I`ve money to spend and I`m headed your way!!!
