I am a new homeowner and have spent about 5 grand in the past 4 months, bad customer service and all, because the store is close to home. This past week I went in to make yet another purchase, and they informed me that my DD214 is no longer accepted as proof of military service. Now they want me to apply for a veterans ID card, which, by the way, is verified through the DD214, the only TRUE proof of service.
