I would never use this service again. I am trying to re-enlist and need my dd214 quickly so I payed the 89.00 dollars for the service. A month later still no dd214 like they promised. I had to call a rep several times and email them to follow up on my request. Im paying them to follow up on my paper work. If you are prior service and need a dd214 I would not use this provider.
