Having all ready ordering & recieving 1 x Yamaha 01v96 Digital mixing desk in February I ordered a second in April. The first desk costing us$2199 took three weeks to arrive so when the second didnt arrive i contacted them and was told it was on the way. Yet again three weeks passed and no desk. A few emails and it was on the way again.
This order cost us$3068 included a plugin card for the Yamaha desk. I have tried to call and email but these guys dont respond to emails, wont come to the phone even though they are in the shop and lie about delivery of product that they arent going to deliver.in the last few weeks phone numbers have been changed & a new website is running still advertising the same Yamaha desks but they will not reply to my mails or answer the phone now.
Beware of this business as confidence was raised by the completion of the first order. My flatmate has been emailing them up to very recently posing as a customer & they have been very interested in doing business providing him with bank transfer details. This is my first outlet i have found to make something of this and i hope it saves someone else from being treated like this.
