Order # 750382 for 2 Lane student desks with hutches was placed 12/19 and paid in full. I was told the desks were back ordered from Lane Furniture until April 17 — In March when I saw the same desk for sale at Walmart, I contacted them and received an email back saying the expected ship date was still 4/17, On 4/20 I contacted them about the shipment and got an automated email response that said they would get back with me within 24 hours... Yeah right... 3 days later and nothing, another email and calls made during their posted business hours only to get a cheesy answering machine message saying that the customer service call center was closed. Another email and my next contact will be through my lawyer and the BBB.
