According to the Yamaha web page the 2006 SX230 HO jet boat Includes "Filler Cushions: Padded cushions turn cockpit and bow seating area into comfortable sundecks." When you buy it they tell you the cockpit cushion does not come with the boat. It did last year... The web page describing it this year says it does but Yamaha says it doesn't - and they said it after I bought the boat thinking it did because they said it did... in person with the salesman and on the web page.
This is a breach of contract. They did not sell what they said they would sell and it is a common problem. Its written up in http://www.yamahajetboaters.com as a problem.
As of today the web page it is still listed as standard, yet they refuse to deliver it and say verbally it is not standard!

The dealer says if I can make Yamaha give in they would gladly get it for me. I think both the dealer and Yamaha are responsible. The dealer is Riva South in Key Largo.
