Received a leather skin as a gift, that did not stick along the edges at all. Not only that an edge caught on the table and the new iPad fell, cracking the corner glass. I sent them an email on June 3rd, but did not receive a response until the 14th, although the sender, a Lia N., dated the email June 4th (?). Since I through the skin away, there was no way they would refund any money, which is ok with me; I needed to vent. Had I come to the "ripoff Report" first I would never have had my wife purchase it. I must say that their customer service could not care less. I do recommend sending comments to their retailers.
