My wife bought me a gift certificate of 150.00 as a birthday present to D&L House of leather, i have recently sold my motorcycle and called to see if i could get a refund, the answer was no. I tried and tried to see if there was anything that could be done, I explained I was getting ready to go on a deployment and The Manager "Michelle" was totally rhude and vulger and made some nasty comments. She stated I should try and sell the gift certificate. So now they get to keep 150.00 of hard earned money and we take a loss.
