Digitally Discovered (aka Electronc Super Store) ripoff had me return broken camera by UPS with invalid return account

First new camera delivered defective. I called & was directed by Melonie to return by UPS with there return #.

Receiving a bill from UPS stating invalid account #. Have been trying to reach by phone always busy. Did receive replacement camera but NOT new a referbished one. Spoke to Bryan & he stated all there cameras are packed there new. Got no where.
