I ordered a digital camera from Digitally Discovered in April. That morning a salesman named James S. Called me to inform me that I should get the extra warranty and rechargeable batteries. Passed on the warranty, but sprung for the batteries.
When I received the camera, I realized that the batteries were Double A's, and the camera takes a Lithium Ion battery.
I called the incredibly rude customer service group to get an RMA (return authorization number) for the batteries, and sent them back at the end of April.
It is now mid-July, and I still have not seen the credit on my credit card account for my batteries. When I call the support line, I keep getting the run around that it will be processed in another two weeks. Each time, I speak to an incredibly rude person who makes it sound as if it's my fault that they suckered me into buying the wrong batteries.
Don't buy a thing from this company. They are committing fraud, they are rude, and I don't think I'll see my 30 bucks again.
