After reading suspected fraud reports, I called and emailed this company to cancel the order. They sent the camera anyway. The instructions for returning the camera are to return within 14 days and obtain an RMA#. I followed instructions to fill out the form online to obtain the RMA#. They said they would issue a # within 24hrs.
It has been 6 days. After 9 phone calls I finally talked to a rep. Who was extremely difficult to deal with. He said he submitted the request for me and that I should receive the RMA# w/in 24 hrs. It has been 30 hours and no #. I feel this is an evasive ploy to let the 14 days pass so they can say I did not follow instructions and return the camera within the proper time frame. I have kept my credit card company current on all my attempts to communicate with Digitally Discovered. I have also kept a copy of all the emails I have sent them. This company is deliberately deceptive and employ some very
shoddy business tactics.
I am sorry I did not read the reports BEFORE I did any business with Digitally Discovered. This whole affair has been a nightmare.
