My boyfriend and I have been with T-mobile for some time now and have had problems. First of all the phones are not the best quality. I know you could say that they don't make the phones themselves but they do however choose which ones they want to sell to there customers. Over a span of 4 years we have had at least 7 different phones! Something always goes wrong.
This last time that my boyfriends phone broke I called to get it replaced. (Mind you that I have the same phone and had to get it replaced a couple months prior) They sent it to him a coulple days later and it worked for a couple of hours and DIED! I called and they were not sure what was wrong with it but wanted to purchase a $50.00 battery because it "could" be that. I guess the warranty that you get with the phone does not include that battery.
Not only this but they did not want to give us a discount on purchasing a new phone. We have been with them for 4 years and they could not cut us a break.
I called about 5 times and no one had the same story!
After speaking to the supervisor about this and other things as well he ended up basically calling me a liar, rasing his voice with me and being extremely rude with me. He did not try to help me at all!!! I wanted to stay with T-mobile and was trying to convinvce my boyfriend to stay there but after speaking with this so called Supervisor I don't want anything to do with this company!!! And advise all of you to do the same.
T-mobile should caugh up a little money on their "Supervisors" and send them to Quality Customer Service classes!!!
