A couple of days ago I bought a stove pellet from Home Depot Southington CT, and forgot to bring my 10% coupon. So I thought next time I will bring it and they will refund me as I did this so many times with Lowes. When I went back with coupon and receipt I have been told that the coupon will be deem only at the time of purchase, I said ok this make sense so can you return my purchase so that I can repurchase it with coupon, guess what they said NO. Anyway it wasn%u2019t worth to argue for 10%, but I was Home Depot customer for years and that day I was planning to buy insulation for my entire attic. They disappointed me so much and I was not expected this from a store like Home Depot to treat their customers in such a rude way after that I said good bye to Home Depot forever.
