I got the Nokia E 5 Phone for christmas Last Year. I Activated the phone with my same number in November and deactivated in december then Reactivated in January to March and I Have a New Nokia E 5 phone in May. I had to talk to a lot of reps about this problem. I Had to tell The Better Business Bureau Twice About this Problem. They had to send me a sim card for the second time to reactivate my cell phone. The Third time They Gave Me a New Nokia E 5 phone Which it is Awful and its work of the at&t network. I would like A Full Year Of My Service for Unlimited Because This sitiuation can be avoided. I would like a new Phone without Replacing the Other phone. The Phone I would like to have is the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim with Straight Talk. I Wasted About 20 Days To deal with this issue.
