I purchased a Power Bundle for Iphone (including microphone earphone) through Kijiji.ca "deals of the day". I placed my order 8 weeks ago through Fanooki.com After 4 weeks I did a follow up by telephone and email. They said they were sold out for that product and were waiting to received more.
2 weeks passed by and I still didn't received anything, so I contacted Kijiji.ca to make a complaint, to cancel the order and get a refund as the delivery delay was unacceptable, they sent me back to Fanooki. Again I called Fanooki who told me they received more Power Bundles but forgot to sent it to me. So they ship my order that same day saying they were sending it priority through UPS.
10 days later and I didn't received nothing. I did another follow up to both Fanooki and Kijiji and none of them assisted me. Finally 8 weeks later from the date I ordered the product, I received the Power Bundle including the earphones. UBS cable is working well, however the microphone earphone it's not working properly the volume remote doesn't even work at all.
I certainly won't waste my time or break my head again trying to complaint, however I would recommend you to stay away from Fanooki.com provider. I would avoid that company and as far as Kijiji.ca, I was expecting more assistance from their end which I did not get, probably I won't buy anything through them neither.
