Unresponsive, uncaring, scam internet

I got an email from Boost that said my monthly payment was due. I immediately went to their website, and because you can't pay them via your financial institution online, I went to their credit card payment page. I made a payment nearly twice what was due. Two days later my phone was shut off. I tried to call them but couldn't get through while I was at work since it took too long and I was going round and round with their phone system.

I wrote to them and got a form mail back about making a payment.in the information I gave them was that I had made a payment, checked my bank, and the payment hadn't been processed by their site. They sent me another form letter.

I went to their site again and made another payment like the one I had originally made. This was not processed either. I finally got through on their Customer Service line but after 10 minutes explaining the problem to the rep, all he could say is that I had to make a payment. He wanted to transfer me to tech support but I had no more time and told him again that I believed it was a web site problem.

I got several more form letters from them asking for an alternative phone, which I don't have access to, and asking me for payment.

I finally filed 2 complaints with the FCC. Boost doesn't care. I'm still getting ridiculous form letters with no one evidently reading what I send them. I'd like to sue but don't have the money.

Handicapped, senior, with one phone that doesn't work.
