Joined 4/5 made 5/5 payment manually, signed up for Auto re-boost 6/3 said payment would be made 6/5 have paperwork to prove it, they sent email on 6/7 saying payment wasn't made due to error on their part, so that didn't qualifiy for monthly srinkage plan. Filed complant and lost. I then re-signed up for auto re-boost for 7/5 payment and that money was removed from my account but wasn't applied to the payment until 7/7 witch didn't qualify for shrinkage plan. Not satisfied with their service I changed providers, but since numbers was ported before I requested my 18.03 dollars in my account for apps and downloads that I just lost it because they have no record of it, witch with today's technology I find it difficult to believe there is no record of it. Makes me wonder how much more money they make like that.
