Ecently my son went to Best But to purchase a washer and dryer. He is on my account so there should have been no problem. He was told the account was closed. When I called to find out why the rep told me that I had cancelled the account 1 year ago. Really?!?! When I explaine to him and then his supervisor that I did not cancel my account and it concerns me that some one had taken it upon themselves to make adjustments to a private account they seemed unmoved and worse not the least bit concerned about the fact. They said that I would have reapply if I wanted an account ane could not understand my anger and conern that THEY made a blunder and expected me to be OK with it! Unbelievable!!! Poor service and total disregard for privacy! I guess HIPPA laws aply to everyone but Best Buy!
