Verizon one bill one bill rip off

3/24 Verizon has been billing me for my wireless and home and TV meanwhile my direct TV has been coming automatically out of my account. So now my bill is huge and really Verizon is trying to rip me off for double the money. At first we had issue with the internet when we signed up for one bill and Verizon said we would have a wireless router and
when it came it was not at all wireless and we set it all up by ourselves. We weren't liking the internet and when we called the lady for Verizon said she was sending us out a new router that would be higher speed and if we still didn't like it we could cancel it. Needless to say we never received it. About two weeks after that our cell phones were shut off when we called Verizon they said it was for non payment. Only after getting bounced between Verizon and Verizon wireless I swear
to god 17 times I spoke with a different person only to have to go to work with no phone and have my wife talk to 5 more people before it got turned back on because oops Verizon screwed up not us. We told them we never received a bill and even so it should be very low. They informed us there was a 120 dollar on-site install fee. Well we never had a
single person come to our home. It was set up by my wife and I there was never any Verizon employee at my home. So they took that off. After a long conversation they said we would be getting billed and yet until just now i could not see my bill online, plus a payment that was made in January to wireless just disappeared and has yet to be found even though we have bank statements showing it taken out. Now once again our bill is high and oh that's because Verizon is now charging us for TV as well even though for two moths they were not. I'm tired of getting the run around from Verizon and all its people. They will not give me a straight answer, instead they continue to bounce me between their people.

4/18 Now we had gone to "One Bill" after Verizon pushed us to it. It was a nightmare, tons of charges that were no where near close to accurate. After getting no answers from them as stated above I called and Cancelled our ONE BILL in I believe March of 11, at that time it was explained to me that our bills would all divert back to the billers' they came from. As I was told then it was called back billed. Verizon to Verizon, Wireless to Verizon Wireless, Tv to Direct TV no problems.
April came and I got yet another "One Bill" At this point I called again and said I called the month before and was told that the ONE BILL would be back billed to providers and it was cancelled. Of course they said they didn't see that I called in and or cancelled it. They apologized and said they were cancelling it. May all my bills went back to the providers and I paid them accordingly. Well two months later I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe Verizon 459.72 and they
also hit my credit. I fought on credit report and they changed account from not paying to pays as agreed but left it on my credit as owed in amount of 459.72. I called and argued with Verizon only to be told in order for them to fix the billing they messed up I had to write a letter to Collection Agency to get it to go back to Verizon. I told collection agency the same and they gave me address and said they noted account... I never heard back from Verizon and when I called Verizon
they said still waiting on Collection Agency. Called Credit Agency only to get no answer... Now I get a letter today stating from a new credit agency stating I still owe Verizon 459.72 and they re reported it to my credit file... I just had a Verizon Employee tell me this happens all the time and I need to get a hold of BBB and email the CEO and it will get fixed. He doesn't want his name released for protection of his job. I'm terribly upset they have falsely, seriously overcharged
me and then hit my credit thrice now for this. Once by Verizon, 2nd by past Collections, 3rd by Allied Interstate LLC. I can look back into previous emails and letters if need be for more info.

Now that is what I sent BBB 5/1. I am being told now by Verizon that they paid the bill when we switched to one bill and I do in fact owe them. I was with my mom and wife when we made call to Verizon to discuss / cancel one bill. We all remember clearly the representative saying if we wouldn't pay then they would back bill the amounts to our providers. That is what happened cause we paid each of the providers a "PAST DUE" amount when it transferred back. The rep described the process as to since we refused to pay it would be "back Billed" to the providers and we would have to pay each amount due with them, which we did. Now I call Verizon Wireless for 12mos bills and they tel me we can only go bacl 12 months anything further then that must be court subpoenaed. I am at wits end and have been dealing with this for well over a year only to never get straight answers!
