Ordered a Jabra GN9350e with handset lifter, $279. Description says new in the original box.

Received a box filled with styrofoam peanuts surrounding a gallon size ziplock baggy with components loose in the bag. Many major components were missing. I was unable to use the product.

I immediately called to have replaced or refunded. They forced me to send it back at my own expense. FactoryOutletStore then sent the same bag and styrofoam peanuts back to me with even less components.

I called to complained and the service person straight out called me a liar and a thief and that I had to take it up with my credit card company, they were not refunding any money and would not accept the return.

I called my credit card whom cancled the charge after I provided the proof of return and issues regarding the product.

FactoryOutletStore then charged my credit card again 3 months later, had to go thru the same process again, to get the charge canceled.

Now they have Charged my credit card again 1 year later. Now I'm in the same process of canceling the charge with my credit card and will have to have the card canceled so they do not continue to charge me over and over again.

Stay far away from factoryoutletstore.com, it is just a cover for fraud.
