I ordered a motorola bluetooth headset, which can without any packaging, didn't work, so I returned it (shipping at my expense - even though I was told I would be refunded up to $5). They said I could only exchange it, so the second one I received didn't work either, I returned that (shipping at my expense). I was refunded $28.71 - as they charged me a processing fee... I never received a working product.
