Yun bin Liu, Dogwidgets4less, Atertek Dog Collars REFUSE TO HONOR WARRANTY, AETERTEK SCAM, TRADEMARK REVIEWS, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS

Due to their relentless attacks on our character, we have finally made a decision to disclose our side of the story, publicly.

Aetertek (Dog Training Systems) is a Chinese company that produces dog training collars, run by Jason Lau (Yun Bing Liu) and registered in China under the name Shenzhen Elite-Tek Technology, LTD, and Shenzhen Aetertek Technology Co. They are the same products, same factory, now being sold under a different brand name.By doing a search on the dog training systems coming from his factory, ET-9868, ET-9888, and ET9898, you can see review after review of poor quality, workmanship issues and customer dissatisfaction. It is reasonable to be cautious that Jason will eventually abandon Aetertek warranties, just has he has done with Elite-Tek.

We repeatedly encouraged and made suggestions to the factory (Jason) in order to fix these quality problems, but we were considered 'trouble makers' (by Jason's own words) and had to implement our own quality control procedures to eliminate the systems with defects coming from the factory directly, which was upwards of 10%, right out of the box. As we are now realizing, there is also a high failure rate on systems after several months. Apparently Jason has realized too, as he has stopped honoring the warranty on these systems. According to the manual included in EVERY system coming from his factory, he 'warrants to the original retail purchaser (the customer)' that the system will be free from manufacturer defect or quality issues. Additionally, he has included his contact information for warranty and parts, but now refuses to respond to those emails. He blames his alleged legal proceedings with us as cause to ignore the warranty he stated, in writing, as a guarantee to the customer of his product.

The fact is, regardless of whatever litigation Jason may feel he is going to engage in with us, he has a responsibility to the customer for the products that he manufactured, and warrantied in writing. Because he hides in China, he gets away with what he has done. For now. We will be working with the FTC and the Chinese government to do as much as we can legally to ensure that he is held accountable for breach of warranty - which we can prove.

Jason Lau is a liar, a bully and a dishonest business man. Wendall Sia, the U.S. Distributor for Jason's products, is apparently not smart enough to get the whole story before making himself legally accountable for lawsuits and counter-suits. The day is coming when we will be the ones filing the lawsuits.

After establishing OUR brand name of Elite-Tek here in the United States, Jason attempted to steal the brand from us, and manipulate us out of the business. Wendall Sia, knowingly and repeatedly stole pictures, text, ideas and marketing strategies from us, making him not only a low-class internet data thief, but guilty of copyright infringement for using images created by us, and therefore protected.in fact, he is still, as of this date, in violation of copyright infringing material placed on his website, which we have documented and will be able to prove.

Over the last several years, Jason made agreements to us that he never kept, and intentionally mislead us into building a reputation for his products based on promises and a partnership that he repeatedly failed to honor. We feel that Jason used us, and attempted to walk away with the benefits of our marketing abilities.

It is our opinion that Jason's plan was to eliminate our share of the market by pushing us out, and abandoning us along with the Elite-Tek brand, by discontinuing us as a partner for his product.in fact, we have his written admission in his own words that he had no loyalty to the Elite-Tek name and had plans to abandon it in early 2011.

After 2 years of being the driving force and the ONLY MARKETER for his products in the United States (using our Elite-Tek name), a large market had been established for his systems. At that point, we have concluded that he realized that his situation no longer required us. He attempted to manipulate us, yet again, by allowing (without our agreement) other distributors in the United States to sell Elite-Tek products, promising that they would not be in direct competition with us. When we flatly disagreed that it was fair, or in agreement with our partnership terms, we feel that he realized that he needed to get rid of us, and Elite-Tek. The problem for him, however, was that we sold the largest portion of what his factory produced, so he was dependent on us.

It was at that time we began to consult legal advice for a strategy on our marketing and brand rights.

It was not difficult to see that Jason's plan was to continue on with a new brand and his new distributors since the reputation for his products was established.in fact, he is still working with his partners who had been illegally using our marketing, images, ideas and brand - despite our repeated demands that they stop doing so. It is our opinion that the only reason Jason is threatening us with with lawsuits and cancellation of trademark is to harass and destroy our business, his direct competition. We have his repeated threats, in writing, of his intention to do so if we do not give him the Elite-Tek name. Legally, there is no way for him to gain any right to our Elite-Tek name in the United States, which he realized in 2011 when he began making plans to subvert us.

Because of that, we had to begin to defend ourselves legally, starting with the Trademarking of our brand name Elite-Tek. We have all necessary documentation to prove that our partnership was one sided, based on our hard work and efforts countered by Jason and Wendall's conspiracy, theft and usury, which we can and will prove.

Fortunately, the United States is not China. When or if Jason follows through with his threats to file for a cancellation of the trademark here in the United States, we are confident he will lose. But the reality is, we are prepared for Jason to lie all the way through the proceedings. Why would he have any regard for U.S. Law? Who will do anything to him, hiding in China, if he lies and provides false information? We are prepared for his deceptive actions. It is no surprise to us, this is the way Jason has always done business. He has clearly given his attorney nothing but false information so far.

However, when the truth comes out, it will be our company that is left standing, with lawsuits for damages (for libel including defamatory remarks regarding Billion Johnston and the Elite-Tek brand) against Wendall Sia, dogwidgetsforless and Aetertek, which we will collect on. To date, several of Wen's websites are still in violation of copyright infringing material by using our Elite-Tek images on his website to promote Aetertek systems, which we have documented and will eventually deal with in court. Additionally, we have complaints against Jason's factory in China, breach of contract, and trademark fraud in China based on our trademark in the U.S., which we will follow through with.

We have remained silent, as they have attacked our character. However, we feel that their childish lies are not only transparent, but easily refuted with documentation, and proof. We will gladly see them in court.
