Claim to provide cell phone numbers but every number looked up states "pending". This is a total scam!

Phonenumberscan.com is a total rip-off. They claim to be able to provide reverse search for cell phone numbers but every number searched states "pending". Under their FAQ's it states that pending means the number is blocked. What are the odds that every number searched is pending or blocked. Total scam.
