I never tried renting games online before.

I decided to give it a shot, well I found DEEP SHARK with a 10 day free rental trial.

I asked for the titles I want and waited about a 7 days later and find out nothing is coming.

So I contacted them through email and not one reply.

So I went onto the website to cancel my membership, but did not even receive a confirmation of any sort.

I check my credit card statement and find that he already charged me for the rental and it is not even over 10 days of the free trial yet.

I emailed them several times not a single answer. I already reported him to the better business bureau. Next step will sue him.

This is for everyone who got ripped off by this scam artist!
