February 28th purchased a Mitsubishi Diamond Series WD82838 82-Inch 3D 1080p DLP from High Stereo (http://kaligis-shop.net). I paid High Stereo and was told that the product would be sent on the day the money arrived. Hey told me that they received payment so I asked for the delivery date to my address and the Tracking Number from UPS to track my shipment. No response was ever received by me from High Stereo run by Patrick Kaligis that product was shipped. UPS had no records of this product being sent to me so they had no tracking number.
To this date not a response has been received from high Stereo, [email protected]. I have responded almost every day to find out why the Mitsubishi DLP TV was not sent. And what the problem was with the company and the lack of shipping or at least the return of my money...
