I bought a Kenwood car stereo one year and a half ago. They installed it since they said it was free because the stereo was over $250. Also got extended warranty.
We leave and notice a little later the speedometer was not working. We go back and they tells us to come back tomorrow because they were closing already. They fix it the next day.
Now the stereo is malfunctioning. My husband takes off the stereo come to find out that all the hinges to snap on the cover faceplate on below the dashboard are broken. Which has not been removed since the stereo was installed.
Take it to the store the employees are giving me the run around. Finally I see the assistant manager tells me they can't do anything because we should have let them remove the stereo. If they would have removed the stereo we would have not found out.
Store manager was no help at all!
I left the stereo to get it repaired and still isn't working properly.
Circuit City will never see my money again.
