I called sweepstakes clearing house because I was looking online to find out how long it would be before my stereo would be shipped to me. When I can across the fradulent pages for the company. So I phoned customer service to ask them directly when my stereo would be shipped, as I was more then a little distured by reading the letters about the company.
I spoke to a customer service rep. Who told me my stereo was not going to be shipped until I paid the company another $101.00 for my stereo. I got upset because the stereo in question just happens to be paid off and has been since the first of January and I have already paid $237.94. The stereo should be paid off.
But the customer service rep said that he doesn't have copies of the payments that I've made. I paid by money order and the company cashed the money orders. So why are their records not showing my payments? I'll tell you why. The company wants more money then it's entitled to.
The original price of the stereo was only $234.90 even with the $1.00 a month lay-a-way fee it would not be that far off. When I asked for help to straighten out the mess the customer service rep told me he did't have the time and to call back the next day. What kind of company doesn't answer customers questions but one that rips people off.
