Do not get something from Dyson. I had a need to trade a component and tried calling numerous occasions with delays longer than 30 mins and that I'd need to hang-up. I then e mailed along with a week later got an answer that I'd to contact to obtain a RA. Lastly I named and waited 40 mins to keep in touch with somebody plus they explained it had been previous thirty days and there is nothing they might do. I subsequently delivered notice for them and was informed two weeks later, it had been my problem for not calling them within thirty days. I'm returning the component, with bill verification, arguing the cost on my CC and processing a using the BBB. I am fed up with these businesses thinking they are able to simply rip-off customers without repercussion. I understand fighting for the privileges is just a trouble and appears more straightforward to simply ignore it, but on theory I'm not allowing this move.
