Bought Dyson Vacume on October 25 through Factory-Direct online. Cash taken from my account immediately for $488.00. Waited the 10-14 times, no product. While calling customer support informed to provide several more months. Nevertheless no product and given repetition "Harry" at ext 110, He extended to express Dyson is on back-order and also to contact week after christmas. I did so, nevertheless no product then he desired me to look at another manufacturer and mentioned it had been therefore... Definitely better... I did and informed him I'd like my refund first... Was informed he'll place in refund demand and it'll occupy to thirty days... I questioned why refund could be such a long time, was informed the organization procedure is lengthly... I then waited 30 days but still no reimbursement. I've been calling the 800-number every single day numerous occasions without any individual answering telephones, voicemails just. Still waiting also it claims somebody can get back in twenty four hours... Stillllll waiting.
