No doubt these people are in business to RIP YOU OFF. I had searched the website www.laptopscreen.com and searched by model number of my Dell XPS M1330 computer. The site listed two screens. Apparently Dell only ever put one type of screen in this model and www.laptopscreen.com lists 2. Bait and switch is the term... Anyway when I tore down my laptop only to find they sent the wrong screen. I contacted them only for them to tell me I ordered the WRONG ONE... Hmm their website says they have two and one is out of stock. I am going to figure it is always out of stock and the want you to send them an additional $15 to send you a label to send it back to them. They also are persistent in not letting you send the part back at your expense. The website states all packages will be refused. Well I cannot send back anyway since they do not list a physical address. Starting to look like a scam so I contacted Chase and they were kind enough to reverse the charges.
