Purchased 46" tv with warranty, reported problems and unable to get assistance about returning tv or seek repairs tv is not working still owe whopping $1000.00 worthless junk!

I purchased a flat screen tv 46 inch phillip i reported problems with the sound and received nothing but the run around about how to return products or get repairs i sent in all the information i had and still they were unable to assist me now the tv is not working at all and i still owe $1000.00 to dell financial services for a tv that is nothing but junk.
