On January 5th, I shipped my cell phone which I owned for two weeks, to tmobile through UPS, which I had to pay for, to be repaired after it suddenly quit working. They guaranteed I would receive it in 5 to 10 bussiness days, it is now going on two months and every time I call them which is every day I get the run around. They promise to check on status and call me back but I never receive a phone call.
