USBI had lied to us and told us they were Verizon changing their long distance services. When we got our phone bill there were a bunch of charges instead of the same rate as our long distance before! They are liars and scam artists! When we called they said rude things to my husband and when asked to talk to the supervisor they said I am the supervisor We all know very much well she was not! Then she said we cant credit you for the 156.46 we can only go back 3 months!!! We are very aggravated and concerned for all that is going on with these scammers! Thank you for your time...
