Rebate ripoff

I have been ripped off twice by BestBuy - they deny the rebate they promised me altho I sent in all necessary papers to their P.O. Box. First on computer I purchased in Ca in 2002 promising $450 back on $899 and now (2) on digital TV installation which they made me pay $150 and now send me 2nd denial letter.
