Eglobalwireless Returned item w / RMA to address, no refund after 8 weeks. Left mess, no return calls, sent email, no return email

Purchased 7 inch laptop, unable to connet to internet. Called for support, no response. Called for return merchandise aurthorization number. Sent item back as directed. 8 weeks later still no refund. Called number listed for customer service left many messages. No response. Sent email, received automated response. Sent letter to Attorney General of our state.
