I purchased a hat for a christmas gift from sportsalways.com in December. At christmas my husband let me know it wasn't the right hat. The next day, I called sports always customer service number and left a message to received the "required" return item #. I called repeated for 3-4 weeks and got no response. I used both phone numbers and emails. Voicemailbox was full and continued to say happy holidays. Someone finally left a message to just send the hat back to their address and state please refund.
I did this on 1/4 and have yet to see a refund, currently 3/3. I have called, emailed again. Voicemailboxes full, no email response and no consideration for the fact that I have mailed the item back.
How do they stay in business if this how is how they service accounts? Internet orders go wrong all of the time. We need a reliable company just in case that happens.
