Today was our second-time at p-c rich & boy in paramus using the intention of buying an oven, stove and dishwasher. We went for that very first time about 3 months before, and we were able to search through and choose all of the devices we desired to buy in a later day with no sales agents worrying people. We laughed it off thnking that perhaps we simply did not appear severe enough. Whenever we described it to the company (he called us there) and he believed it had been unusual, but all of US handed it down like a fluke.
Fastforward to today.
We walk-in and there are many sales agents standing around speaking with one another. Their shop includes a sleezy used-car lot feel. We choose which devices we desired to buy, but salesperson after-sales individual stroll by us WITH NO ONE provides any help. Not really a "hello". I bust-out my camera and get images of the devices as well as their cost cards, we go out of p-c rich & boy in paramus and mind straight to Bestbuy wherever we discover the identical devices for LESS cash!
Thanks p-c rich & boy for have such terrible customer support. It brought us right to Bestbuy, where we were welcomed instantly upon moving into the Pacific Revenue region and yes, we bought our devices with Bestbuy plus they are being shipped on Friday.
